I am known as The Love Cheerleader® because I learned how to cheer for myself when everything felt like it was falling apart.

After walking through divorce and rebuilding my own life, I understand how a woman can look strong on the outside while quietly trying to figure out who she is now.

Today, I help leading women heal after divorce so they can rebuild their confidence, rediscover who they are, and intentionally create what comes next.

Because healing after divorce should be intentional, not accidental.

EXPLORE WAYS TO WORK WITH ME

I know that feeling. Because I’ve been her.

Heartbreak. Divorce. Healing. Rebuilding.

I have lived through all of it while still leading teams, managing crises, and showing up in Corporate America with an MBA and a smile on my face.

I cried before work but performed during it.

From the outside, I looked strong.

But internally, I was exhausted, disconnected, and functioning in survival mode.

I learned that survival is not the same thing as healing.

Healing required me to stop performing strength and give myself permission to acknowledge what I felt, strengthen my faith, establish healthier boundaries, and intentionally rebuild.

That journey became part of the foundation for the work I do today—helping women do more than survive divorce. I help them rebuild who they are after it.

“You don’t heal by keeping the mask on. You heal by having the courage to take it off.”

Over the past 7+ years, I’ve helped women navigate divorce, emotional exhaustion, heartbreak, identity shifts and leadership pressure through coaching, speaking, books, and faith-based emotional wellness tools.

I’m the creator of The P.A.U.S.E. Challenge®—a faith-centered framework designed to help women move beyond survival and rebuild with greater clarity, confidence, and intention.

My work has been featured on FOX 5 Atlanta, Portia, House of Hives (The Netherlands), Nicole Walters Podcast, and trusted by churches, organizations, and women’s groups nationwide.

But whether I’m speaking on a stage, coaching one-on-one, or writing, my mission stays the same: to help women heal the smart way, not the hard way, so they can lead themselves, their families, and their work with clarity, confidence, and faith.
